The Opportunity:
We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Operations to join our Strategic Partnerships and Priority Clients team. Reporting to the VP, Strategic Partnerships and Priority Clients, this Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Operations is accountable for enabling the Direct Investing sales organization to consistently deliver against plan by aligning targets, activity, pipeline execution, skills, processes, and technology.
The supports the sales strategy, sales target setting support, achievement-to-plan management, activity alignment, pipeline health and velocity assessment, progress tracking, coaching, training, onboarding, and the sales technology roadmap. This role serves as a key representative of the Direct Investing sales team for enterprise innovation initiatives, workshops, pilots, and cross-functional programs - ensuring sales input is centralized, actionable, and effectively represented.

What your day looks like:
- Lead the monthly and quarterly Direct Investing sales reporting cycle, ensuring timely, accurate, and executive-ready reporting on sales performance, pipeline health, target achievement, incentive progress, risks, and opportunities
- Establish and lead monthly business reviews with the leadership team, translating performance data into clear insights, decisions, actions, and follow-up accountability
- Lead sales target setting, achievement-to-plan governance, forecasting discipline, incentive achievement tracking, and coaching recommendations that support consistent execution against business objectives
- Act as a business lead for CRM implementation, adoption, governance, data quality, usage discipline, and reporting integration, ensuring the platform becomes the single source of truth for sales activity, pipeline, relationship management, and performance visibility
- Develop executive-level presentations, dashboards, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, steering committees, and cross-functional governance forums
- Lead onboarding and training of new hires, including sales process education, CRM usage, reporting expectations, playbooks, partner context, and coaching plans to accelerate productivity
- Manage, coach, and develop direct report(s), with the potential to expand people leadership responsibilities such as the sales strategy and operations function scales
- Translate sales strategy into scalable operating models that connect activity, pipeline generation, deal progression, partner engagement, client outcomes, and revenue performance
- Represent Sales in enterprise initiatives, workshops, pilots, and cross-functional programs, consolidating feedback, shaping recommendations, and ensuring sales priorities are appropriately considered in business decisions
Supplemental (as required):
- Lead go-to-market readiness for sales-impacting changes, product launches, and partner initiatives, ensuring the sales organization is equipped to execute effectively
- Champion change management for new sales processes, tools, governance routines, and ways of working, driving adoption and sustained behavioural change across teams
Your experience and skills:
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
- 7-10 years of progressive experience in sales strategy, sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, or sales performance leadership roles
- Strong knowledge of self-directed investing is ideal and wealth management or the online brokerage industry, including investor needs, competitive dynamics and key operational drivers is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience leading monthly and quarterly sales reporting cycles, leadership business reviews, performance governance, and executive-level reporting routines
- Advanced proficiency in CRM platforms, reporting tools and sales analytics, with the ability to leverage data to support business decision-making
- Experience leading sales target setting, achievement-to-plan management, incentive achievement tracking, forecasting discipline, and coaching recommendations
- Proven ability to lead CRM implementation, adoption, governance, usage management, reporting integration, and sales technology change management
- Strong executive communication and presentation development skills, including the ability to create steering committee materials, business review decks, dashboards, and decision-ready recommendations
- Experience designing and leading onboarding, training, playbooks, coaching frameworks, and capability-building programs for sales teams and new hires
- Demonstrated people leadership experience, including coaching, developing, and performance managing direct reports
- Strong analytical and commercial judgment, with the ability to translate complex sales data into clear insights, actions, and leadership decisions
- Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French are an asset

Salary
This position is posted with an expected salary range of $110,000 - $135,000 CAD annually. Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate and the requirements of the position.
