Perform advanced diagnostics across operating systems, identity, virtualization, storage, backup, network, firewall, DNS, certificates, TLS/SSL, HTTP/S, load balancing, and Layer 7 application connectivity
Coach less experienced team members through troubleshooting, runbook usage, change execution, documentation, and disciplined operational practices

Your experience and skills:

5+ years of proven experience operating and engineering mid-size (1000 assets) or larger production infrastructure environments across Windows Server, Active Directory, Linux, VMware, backup/recovery, monitoring, and hybrid cloud services
Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure production services, including virtual machines, storage, networking, identity integration, monitoring/log analytics, security controls, and operational troubleshooting

Solid networking knowledge, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, routing concepts, firewalls, certificates, TLS/SSL, HTTP/S, load balancing, packet/log analysis, and Layer 7 diagnostics
Experience supporting or integrating containers, Oracle WebLogic, Apache/Tomcat, F5/load balancing, Oracle/Linux platforms, or middleware environments is an asset
Relevant Azure certification is required or expected within an agreed onboarding period; Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Security Engineer Associate, or equivalent hands-on capability is preferred
