Mentor and coach team members, encouraging collaboration, technical growth, and consistent design practices.

Architecture Community

Contribute to Aviva’s architecture community by sharing knowledge and improving design practices.
Build your technical expertise and help evaluate emerging technology trends that could benefit Aviva and its customers.

Problem Solving and Change Leadership

Use technical expertise to solve complex design and delivery challenges.
Recommend practical solutions that align with architecture principles, standards, and delivery needs.
Adapt to changing priorities and influence design decisions as business needs evolve.

Collaboration and External Engagement

Build strong relationships with product managers, engineers, platform specialists, architects, and delivery partners.
Engage with suppliers and technology partners to stay informed on relevant trends, capabilities, and market developments.
