We’re partnering with a growing technology company focused on making roads safer through AI-powered video telematics. Its platform combines edge AI, dash cameras, real-time alerts, video analytics, and driver coaching to help commercial fleets improve safety, reduce risk, and operate more efficiently.

The company partners with telematics service providers, OEMs, and other mobility businesses across global markets, providing flexible, hardware-agnostic technology that can be integrated into existing fleet solutions. As the business continues to expand, they’re looking for a Partner Success & Sales Enablement Specialist to strengthen partner relationships, support commercial initiatives, and help partners successfully bring the technology to market.

Job Description

The Partner Success and Sales Enablement Specialist plays a key role in ensuring our partners are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to successfully sell, deploy, and support our solutions. This role combines partner onboarding, sales enablement, training, content creation, and cross-functional project coordination. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys learning new technologies, simplifying complex concepts, and creating engaging content that enables partner success.

Requirements

Desired Skills:

Experience: 1-3 years in video telematics/telematics industry.
Previous experience in telematics, video telematics, fleet technology, or a related industry is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
Experience creating presentations and customer-facing content.
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in customer success, sales enablement, training, or partner management is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Partner Enablement

Deliver onboarding and training sessions for new and existing partners.
Develop and maintain onboarding guides, training materials, and partner documentation.
Support partners throughout their onboarding and enablement journey.
Act as a trusted resource for partner questions and product guidance.‍

2. Sales Enablement

Create and maintain sales presentations, battlecards, product guides, and demo materials.
Develop training content for internal teams and partners.
Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure enablement materials remain current.
Assist in communicating new product features and updates.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Product, Marketing, Support, and Engineering teams.
Coordinate partner enablement activities and product launches.
Gather partner feedback and communicate insights internally.
Track enablement initiatives and follow up on action items.

Product Knowledge

Develop a strong understanding of our platform and solutions.
Translate technical capabilities into clear customer value and business outcomes.
Stay informed on new product releases and competitive offerings.
