We are growing our team and currently seeking a Lely Service & Support Technician to install, maintain, and service automated dairy barn equipment, including Lely Astronaut robotic milking systems, Vector feeding systems, Juno feed pushers, and Discovery barn cleaners.

We are growing our team and currently seeking a Lely Service & Support Technician to install, maintain, and service automated dairy barn equipment, including Lely Astronaut robotic milking systems, Vector feeding systems, Juno feed pushers, and Discovery barn cleaners.

What You’ll Do
- Install, service, and maintain Lely robotic and automated barn systems on dairy farms within our serving area of across Southwestern Ontario, with a primary focus on the Oxford, Lambton, Essex, Chatham-Kent and Elgin County regions.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software-related issues.
- Provide on-site customer support, training, and preventative maintenance.
- Work both independently and collaboratively as part of our growing service team.
- Participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule (shared among team members).

- Interest or experience in dairy farming, agriculture, automation, or mechanical/electrical systems.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience in troubleshooting and repairs.
- Comfort working with electronic controls, computers, and mobile devices.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain Lely robotic milking and automated barn systems on dairy farms across Southwestern Ontario, with a focus on specified regional counties. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues; provide customer support, training, and preventative maintenance; and participate in a rotating 24/7 on-call schedule.
Requirements
Candidates should have an interest or experience in agriculture, dairy farming, automation, or mechanical and electrical systems, along with mechanical aptitude and comfort using electronic controls, computers, and mobile devices. Strong organization and time management, the ability to work independently, a valid G driver’s license with a clean record, and willingness to work overtime and join an on-call rotation are required.
