NOVAJET AVIATION GROUP Charter Sales CoordinatorToronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) | Full-time, in-office NovaJet Aviation Group is looking for ambitious, driven people to join our private jet charter sales team at our headquarters at Toronto Pearson. .As a Charter Sales Coordinator, you will build tailored charter solutions for new and existing clients, drawing on NovaJet’s managed fleet and vetted sub-charter partners when a trip calls for it. Every inquiry is different - the right aircraft, the right routing, the right price - and you will own it from first call to confirmed flight. What you bring:

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while contributing to a close-knit team
A sales background with a proven record of converting leads into customers
Charter aviation sales experience is an asset
Strong attention to detail and confidence working under time pressure
Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Transport Canada Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC)
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada A typical day
Prepare accurate charter quotations across the internal fleet and sub-charter options
Convert trip inquiries into confirmed, revenue-generating flights
Handle inbound and outbound calls from new and existing clients
Proactively develop new business relationships and grow the customer base across multiple channels and regions
Maintain relationships with existing clients
Represent NovaJet at industry events
