Key Responsibilities

Collect, organize, and maintain all project materials including: drawings, specifications, purchase orders, design plans, and contract documents;
Prepare change order documentation and tracking of all contracts change orders and purchase orders;
Assist with the sample and shop drawing review process throughout the project including review, distribution, and final approvals electronically;
Report on project progress and productivity to senior management and clients;
Ensure compliance with on-site and company-wide health and safety protocols and policies;
Communicate with subtrades to assist in budgeting to ensure they understand their scope of work;
Review designs and use knowledge of construction methods to determine the most cost-effective approach.

Skills and Experience

Certificate, diploma or degree in Building Technology, Construction Management, Construction Technology, or a related field;
Minimum one-to-two (1-2) years of experience in construction on-site as a Project Coordinator;
Proficiency in Procore, MS Project and other construction related software will be considered a strong asset;
Academic experience or professional exposure to Design or VCON will be considered an asset;
Excellent interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines;
Willing and excited to work on site and be actively involved in project execution.

The base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000, adjusted for experience, plus a competitive bonus program. During the interview process, let’s talk to get the right fit for your experience level.
