Role Overview
The Application Support Lead will be responsible for the operational stability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the RightAngle and Zema platforms. This role will lead Level 2 and Level 3 application support teams, oversee incident and problem management, and drive system reliability and performance.
The individual will serve as the primary technical liaison between business stakeholders, vendors, and technology teams, ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical energy trading, risk management, and market data management applications.
