Build and enhance centralized notification microservices for SMS, email, and application logging, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and efficient event processing.
Develop full-stack monitoring tools using React and .NET Web API to track workflow jobs and monitor IVR activity in real time.
Implement performance monitoring, capacity planning, health checks, and proactive alerting using Prometheus and Grafana.
Troubleshoot production issues, minimize service disruptions, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile delivery environments to align technical solutions with business requirements.
Leverage AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Devin, and GitHub Copilot to improve engineering productivity and accelerate sprint delivery.

Required Technical Skills

Strong experience with .NET Core and Entity Framework Core.
Experience developing RESTful APIs using .NET Web API.
Proficiency in React and full-stack application development.
Knowledge of Azure Storage and cloud-based document processing.
Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven architecture.
Familiarity with microservices, asynchronous messaging, and distributed systems.
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, application monitoring, and alerting.
Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools is an advantage.
