Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

The ideal candidate will play a role in the development of multiple parts of the business by analyzing past, current, and future business trends. This individual will establish strategies to achieve desired outcomes and implement these strategies. They will often work cross-functionally with internal business units in order to understand the challenges that these teams are face and provide solutions to these groups.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives.
• Strong experience in requirements elicitation, business process analysis, functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable requirements.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business and technology teams.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience with business analysis and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, competing priorities, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
