Project Coordinator

About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers throughout both the pre-construction and construction phases of our projects. You will assist with coordination and project administration to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's standards.

This role is ideal for an organized, bilingual individual who is comfortable working with numbers, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and is interested in building a career in the construction industry. Previous project coordination experience is not required. We will provide training for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Project Managers with planning and scheduling project activities

Monitor project budgets, commitments, and change orders

Track project progress, milestones, and key deliverables

Ensure project files remain organized, accurate, and current

Maintain professional communication with clients, consultants, trades, and suppliers

Support the project team in delivering an exceptional client experience

Assist with other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Experience in renovation or custom home construction is considered a strong asset

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Experience with CMS and QuickBooks Online is an asset

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Fully bilingual (English and French)
