Original job description

Established in 2004, we are a tech pioneer offering world-class adult entertainment and games on some of the internet’s safest and most popular platforms. With the support of an international team of dynamic and collaborative innovators, we are on a mission to enable safe user experiences and empower our communities by celebrating diversity, inclusion, and expression - all while maintaining robust trust-and-safety protocols.

We embrace the best of both worlds! Local talent can thrive in our collaborative office space with the flexibility of a hybrid work environment, while remote team members play an integral role in shaping our dynamic culture from afar. We have offices in Montreal (Quebec), Austin (Texas) and Nicosia (Cyprus).

A select number of positions require full-time in office attendance*

You'll drive new revenue, own your pipeline, and work alongside our Sales, Marketing, and Product teams as a trusted partner. You'll find and qualify opportunities, get in front of key decision-makers, and take deals from first conversation to signed contract.

You won't wait for leads to land on your desk. You'll create them. If you're self-motivated, consultative, and at your best when starting conversations with new prospects, this is your chance to join a growing team where your results show up in our numbers.

What you’ll be doing:

Identify and research target accounts and prospect them through outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, events) and inbound lead follow-up.
Qualify opportunities, run discovery calls, deliver tailored presentations and demos, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Develop partnerships and long-term relationships with decision-makers, key stakeholders, and potential channel or alliance partners.
Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs. Use what you learn to refine targeting and messaging.
Work with Marketing on campaigns and lead quality, with Product on customer feedback, and with Legal, Finance, and Customer Success on contracts and smooth handoffs.
Keep accurate records in the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Provide reliable forecasts and regular updates on pipeline health and progress against goals.
Attend conferences, trade shows, and networking events to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

What you need to be successful:

Must Haves:

5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related revenue-generating role
Proven sales success, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or pipeline targets
Experience hunting for new business and farming the relationships you've built to drive repeat and expanded revenue
Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
Proficiency with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools
Ability to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Capacity to travel internationally to represent the business at sales conferences and to foster strong, long-term business relationships

As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees

In this role you may be exposed to adult content
