General Description:

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager of the division, you have complete responsibility for your assigned accounts. With a minimum of supervision, you have to reach budgeted sales volume, dollars and profitability for those accounts. You are required to travel within the geographical territory where your products are sold to develop opportunities and sales. Account Managers have to develop excellent relationship and seek new accounts via prospecting. You are required to report on your activities internally and work with suppliers to promote their portfolios. You are expected to work in collaboration will all internal departments to create a unique and positive customer and supplier experience and maintain a healthy work environment.

Description of Responsibilities:

Contribute to the growth of Azelis according to the mission and objectives set annually for the group and division, mainly by:

o Maintaining existing accounts, building solid relationships, to increase our position with these accounts to ensure their complete satisfaction towards AZELIS.

o Developing new prospects into buying accounts by offering superb customer experience.

o Participating in industry related events as assigned by the Sales Manager.

o Working closely (including joint customers visits and presentations when & where needed) with the Product Managers, Sales Manager and Business Manager to develop sales and maximize profitability.

o Develop and build opportunities pipeline and report accordingly to Azelis and to Suppliers

o Negotiating selling price and maintain profitability.

o Working closely with the internal operational team to ensure fluent communication related to accounts in order to optimise the client experience with Azelis.

Produce reporting and complete other documents as defined internally, respecting delay and establish processes, to ensure constant financial target monitoring and support operational needs surrounding sales and business activities.

Contribute and collaborate in the development of computerized systems, evaluating all new features or system that apply to their unit, to ensure compatibility and suitability of these and identify issues before implementation of new features or systems.

Contribute to develop and maintain an excellent teamwork with all Azelis Solutions departments, and other groups where applicable, by communicating proactively and sharing best practices to improve the efficiency and consistency of the group.

Assist or lead special projects by providing expertise related to their field of expertise to meet various business needs.

Provide an internal point support in performing all other responsibilities entrusted to enable Azelis meet its service and / or to achieve its objectives.

Educational Requirements:

College or University degree with preference for Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, other scientific discipline
Education related to the Personal Care industry preferred but not a must

Rattaché(e) directement au directeur des ventes de la division, vous êtes entièrement responsable de vos comptes clients. En toute autonomie, vous devez atteindre les objectifs de volume de ventes, de chiffre d'affaires et de rentabilité fixés pour ces comptes. Vous êtes amené(e) à vous déplacer sur le territoire géographique où vos produits sont commercialisés afin de développer les opportunités commerciales. Les gestionnaires de comptes doivent entretenir d'excellentes relations avec la clientèle et prospecter de nouveaux clients. Vous devez rendre compte de vos activités à l'interne et collaborer avec les fournisseurs pour promouvoir leurs produits. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec tous les services internes afin de créer une expérience client et fournisseur unique et positive, et de maintenir un environnement de travail sain.

Description des responsabilités:

Contribuer à la croissance d'Azelis conformément à la mission et aux objectifs fixés annuellement pour le groupe et la division, principalement en :

Maintenir les comptes existants et développer des relations solides afin d’accroître notre position auprès de ces clients et d’assurer leur entière satisfaction envers Azelis.
Développer de nouvelles occasions d’affaires et convertir les prospects en clients actifs en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.
Participer aux événements liés à l’industrie, selon les directives du directeur des ventes.
Collaborer étroitement (y compris en effectuant des visites conjointes chez les clients et des présentations lorsque nécessaire) avec les chefs de produits, le directeur des ventes et le directeur d’affaires afin de développer les ventes et de maximiser la rentabilité.
Développer et gérer un pipeline d’opportunités d’affaires et en assurer le suivi et le reporting auprès d’Azelis et des fournisseurs.
Négocier les prix de vente tout en maintenant la rentabilité.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe des opérations internes afin d’assurer une communication fluide concernant les comptes clients et d’optimiser l’expérience client avec Azelis.

Produire les rapports et compléter les autres documents requis selon les procédures internes, dans les délais prescrits, afin d’assurer un suivi constant des objectifs financiers et de soutenir les besoins opérationnels liés aux activités de vente et d’affaires.
Contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration des systèmes informatisés en évaluant les nouvelles fonctionnalités ou les nouveaux systèmes applicables à son secteur, afin d’en assurer la compatibilité et la pertinence, et de cerner les enjeux avant leur mise en œuvre.
Contribuer au maintien et au développement d’un excellent esprit de collaboration avec tous les départements d’Azelis Solutions ainsi qu’avec les autres groupes concernés, en communiquant de façon proactive et en partageant les meilleures pratiques afin d’améliorer l’efficacité et l’uniformité des opérations.
Participer ou diriger des projets spéciaux en mettant à profit son expertise dans son domaine de compétence afin de répondre à divers besoins d’affaires.

Exigences en matière de scolarité :

Diplôme collégial ou universitaire, de préférence en génie chimique, en chimie ou dans une autre discipline scientifique.
Une formation liée à l’industrie des soins personnels constitue un atout, sans être une exigence.

Compétences recherchées :
