Original job description

Azoma is a hypergrowth company defining the agentic commerce category. Our revenue has grown tenfold over the past year, and we now work with 20 of the world’s 50 largest CPG companies, alongside other enterprise customers.

We’re building the merchant-side infrastructure for the era of personal shopping agents - transforming how brands and retailers work with AI agents that discover, evaluate and purchase products on behalf of consumers.

Our team combines advanced AI, software engineering and deep commerce expertise. Joining Azoma means taking hands-on ownership as we scale, shaping products used by global brands and helping define how commerce works in the age of AI.

Work alongside Azoma’s CTO. This is an ownership-heavy role for someone who learns quickly, communicates clearly and reliably finishes work.

What you will do

Triage incoming requests, clarify urgency and missing context, and decide what to handle, delegate or escalate within agreed authority.
Drive presentations, RFP responses, research and cross-functional tasks to completion; obtain inputs, track commitments and close the loop with requesters.
Prepare concise briefs, compelling slides and accurate spreadsheets; reconcile inconsistent information and quality-check important facts, figures and deadlines.
Coordinate colleagues, external advisers and operational providers; support patent administration, funding applications and reporting when these need practical follow-through.
Improve recurring workflows with AI and automation, verify outputs personally and maintain a clear action queue without creating unnecessary process.

Skills and experience

Evidence of independently finishing varied projects through startup work, founder support, business operations or substantial projects with real stakeholders and deadlines.
Excellent writing, research and presentation skills; you can turn an incomplete request into a clear, polished deliverable without repeated supervision.
Technical curiosity and effective use of AI tools, combined with personal accountability for accuracy, commitments and respectful coordination across a busy team.
