Your role

Provide bookkeeping services to external clients, with primary responsibilities including:

Entering monthly transactions
Reconciling accounts payable
Reconciling accounts receivable
Preparing payroll
Reconciling bank accounts
Preparing monthly financial reports
Government Reporting
Other duties and projects as required

What you bring to the table

Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks and/or Sage
Three or more years of experience in a similar role
CPB (Certified Professional Bookkeeper) certification would be an asset
Knowledge of Caseware / Caseview would be an asset
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Bilingualism in French/English is an asset

Responsibilities

Provide bookkeeping services to external clients, including entering monthly transactions and reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts. Prepare payroll, monthly financial reports, and government reports, and contribute to other duties and projects as required.

Requirements

Candidates should have at least three years of experience in a similar role and proficiency in Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and/or Sage. CPB certification and knowledge of Caseware or Caseview are assets; strong interpersonal and communication skills are expected, and French-English bilingualism is an asset.
