Maintain the front desk area, client waiting area, and meeting rooms in a clean and organized condition.
Support the accounting team with administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, data entry, and preparing documents for client meetings.
Maintain and update client lists or contact information as directed.
Help organize and track the flow of client tax documents during peak seasons.
Perform other administrative and reception duties as assigned to enhance overall office efficiency.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, especially during busy tax seasons.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize based on workload demands.
Comfortable handling confidential financial documents and sensitive client information.

What’s in it for you?

Health Benefits: Medical, Vision, Life Insurance, LTD (after applicable period), $1000/year toward uncovered expenses after completing a 90-day probation period.
GRSP match or TFSA after 1 year of employment.

Salary range: $21.50 - $23.00
