About the role

Are you passionate about manufacturing ERP systems, financial processes, and continuous improvement? Are you looking to play a key role in a large-scale transformation initiative that will directly impact operations across multiple manufacturing facilities?

Balcan Innovations is seeking a Senior Analyst, Epicor Implementation to lead the Finance, Inventory, and Costing components of our Epicor implementation across six manufacturing sites.

Your Impact

In this strategic role, you will serve as Finance's primary representative within the project team and act as the link between Operations, IT, and Finance stakeholders. You will help define, configure, test, and deploy the processes that will support our business for years to come.

You will have the opportunity to:

Translate Finance and Operations requirements into functional specifications, business rules, and system configurations.
Lead the implementation of financial, inventory, and costing processes within Epicor.
Collaborate with operational teams to understand manufacturing processes, bills of materials (BOMs), routings, inventory flows, and cost structures.
Optimize master data, controls, and business processes.
Participate in deployment activities, user training, and change management initiatives.
Develop reports, KPIs, and analytical tools that enhance financial and operational visibility.
Play a key role in the evolution of our ERP environment and the continuous improvement of our financial and operational practices.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, cost accounting, or business analysis, including significant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Meaningful involvement in an ERP implementation or transformation project ideally on the Finance or Manufacturing functional side (design, configuration, testing, data conversion, and go-live).
Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment.
Bilingual (French/English - English is required due to our many activities across Canada and the United States).
Ability to influence, collaborate with, and mobilize cross-functional teams.
Strong interest in hands-on operational environments and manufacturing operations.
Any combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will be considered.

Technical knowledge

Expertise in manufacturing costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, inventory management, and standard costing methodologies.
Experience with Epicor or comparable manufacturing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Dynamics 365, NetSuite, or JD Edwards.
Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or other data analytics tools.

Dans ce rôle stratégique, vous serez le principal représentant du service financier au sein de l'équipe de projet et assurerez la liaison entre les parties prenantes des services opérationnels, informatiques et financiers. Vous contribuerez à définir, configurer, tester et déployer les processus qui soutiendront notre entreprise pendant de nombreuses années.

Vous aurez notamment l'occasion de :

Traduire les besoins des équipes Finance et Opérations en exigences fonctionnelles, règles d'affaires et configurations système.
Piloter l'implantation des processus financiers, d'inventaire et de costing
Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles afin de comprendre les procédés de fabrication, les nomenclatures, les routages, les flux d'inventaire et les structures de coûts.
Optimiser les données maîtresses, les contrôles et les processus d'affaires
Participer aux activités de déploiement, de formation et de gestion du changement
Développer des rapports, indicateurs de performance et outils d'analyse permettant d'améliorer la visibilité financière et opérationnelle.
Jouer un rôle clé dans l'évolution de notre environnement ERP et l'amélioration de nos pratiques financières et opérationnelles

Ce que nous recherchons

Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, génie industriel, gestion des opérations ou dans une discipline pertinente.
Titre comptable (CPA) ou désignation en gestion des opérations (CPIM, CSCP) considéré comme un atout important.
Minimum de 7 ans d'expérience en finance, en coûts de revient ou en analyse d'affaires, dont une part significative en milieu manufacturier.
Participation significative à une implantation ou transformation ERP, idéalement du côté fonctionnel Finance ou Manufacturier (conception, configuration, tests, conversion de données et démarrage.)
Expérience dans un environnement manufacturier multisites.
Bilinguisme (français/anglais - L’anglais est requis en raison de nos nombreuses activités à travers le Canada et les États-Unis).
Capacité à influencer et à mobiliser des équipes multidisciplinaires
Intérêt marqué pour le terrain et la compréhension des opérations manufacturières
Toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience jugée équivalente sera considérée.

Connaissances techniques

Expertise en costing manufacturier, gestion des inventaires et analyse financière.
Bonne compréhension des processus manufacturiers, des inventaires et du costing standard
