Role Description The Client Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Toronto, ON. This role is responsible for providing an exceptional client experience in-store, including welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and offering personalized product recommendations aligned with Balenciaga’s brand values. Daily activities include managing client appointments, maintaining client profiles and follow-up communications, and supporting sales processes from first contact to after-sales service. The Client Advisor also ensures the sales floor is visually aligned with merchandising guidelines, assists with inventory and stock operations, and collaborates with team members to achieve individual and store performance goals. This position represents Balenciaga’s image and standards at all times, contributing to client satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong client-facing skills, including Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities, with a refined and professional demeanor in a luxury retail environment.
• Understanding of Insurance-related processes for client purchases and services where applicable.
• Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or high-end client services is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a client-centric approach.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by retail operations.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and strong interest in luxury brands and products.
