  • Assist in the development of AML training materials and delivery of compliance training programs.
  • Complete correspondent banking AML questionnaires and regulatory due diligence requests.
  • Support preparation of management reports, presentations, governance materials, and regulatory reporting.
  • Liaise with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), AML Operations Unit (AOU), business lines, branches, and external parties on AML-related matters.
  • Promote a strong culture of AML, sanctions, and regulatory compliance throughout the Bank.
  • Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by the Team Lead, Head of CAOD, or CAMLO.

  • CAMS certification is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of banking, compliance, risk management, audit, or financial crime experience, or at least 1 year of direct AML experience.
  • Strong knowledge of AML/ATF regulations, sanctions compliance, customer risk rating methodologies, transaction monitoring, and regulatory expectations.
  • Experience conducting AML investigations, screening reviews, model validations, or compliance testing is an asset.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
