We’re currently looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join our Bannister Hyundai Chilliwack team. If you’re driven, organized, and motivated to coach people and deliver outstanding results, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead

Support and coach the Sales team to meet individual and department targets
Monitor inventory, sales inquiries, and lead follow-up across platforms
Guide team members on customer service, sales processes, and performance tracking
Attend and contribute to sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews
Maintain a clean, professional showroom and uphold dealership sales standards
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals

Performance Essentials

2+ years of automotive sales experience (leadership experience is an asset)
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract
Full-time availability - typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week) with weekends as needed

Responsibilities

The Assistant Sales Manager will support and coach the sales team to meet performance targets while monitoring inventory and sales inquiries. They are responsible for maintaining a professional showroom environment and building lasting customer relationships to drive loyalty.

Requirements

Candidates must have at least 2 years of automotive sales experience and possess strong leadership and communication skills. A valid driver's license with a clean abstract and the ability to work full-time, including weekends, are required.
