Assist with the preparation and review of NDAs, Service Agreements, and other legal documents.
Ensure contract documentation is accurate and compliant with internal processes.

Sales Administration

Support continuous improvement of internal processes and workflows.

🔹Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, Commerce, or a related field.
Experience in clinical research or the CRO industry is an asset.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
Experience with Salesforce and/or SAP is an asset.

Ce poste est idéal pour une personne organisée, rigoureuse et capable d'évoluer dans un environnement collaboratif et dynamique.

🔹Principales responsabilités

Propositions

Participer à la préparation des offres techniques et commerciales pour différentes lignes de services, notamment l'imagerie médicale, la sécurité cardiaque, les services eCliniques et l'adjudication.
Contribuer à l'analyse des appels d'offres (RFP) et des exigences clients.
Collaborer avec les équipes Développement des affaires, Scientifique, Gestion de projets, Logistique et Technologie.
Assurer la mise à jour et l'exactitude des données dans les systèmes CRM et ERP.
Participer à la production de rapports de ventes et au suivi des opportunités commerciales.

Contrats

Rédiger et réviser des documents contractuels tels que les lettres d'intention, bons de commande et ordres de modification.
Participer à la préparation et à la révision d'accords de confidentialité (NDA), d'ententes de services et d'autres documents contractuels.
Veiller au respect des processus internes et à la bonne gestion de la documentation contractuelle.

Soutien administratif aux ventes

Saisir et suivre les commandes clients dans les systèmes CRM et ERP.
Apporter un soutien administratif aux équipes Ventes et Finance.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus et des flux de travail.

🔹Profil recherché

Diplôme en sciences de la vie, administration des affaires, commerce ou dans un domaine connexe.
Expérience en soutien aux ventes, administration de contrats, gestion des propositions, opérations commerciales ou services externalisés.
Une expérience dans le domaine de la recherche clinique ou des CRO constitue un atout.
Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit (obligatoire).
Excellentes aptitudes en communication.
Grand souci du détail, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément.
Esprit d'initiative et aptitude à travailler de façon autonome et en équipe.
Maîtrise de Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Expérience avec des outils CRM et ERP; la connaissance de Salesforce et/ou SAP est un atout.
