Company Description Banyan Gold Corp. (TSX-V: BYN) is a well-funded Canadian mineral exploration company advancing the AurMac Project in the Mayo District of the Yukon. The company is headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia. As the company continues to grow and advance its projects, we are seeking an experienced Controller to lead corporate accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, and financial operations. This is an important leadership role for a finance professional who combines strong technical accounting expertise with practical experience in the mining or mineral exploration sector.

Role Description Reporting to the CFO, the Controller will be responsible for the integrity of the company's financial records, timely and accurate financial reporting, and the development and maintenance of effective accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls. This is a hands-on role. The CFO will retain responsibility for financing strategy, treasury, capital markets and banking relationships, the Audit Committee relationship, and certification of the company's continuous disclosure filings, with the Controller leading the day-to-day accounting and reporting function. The role will require a strong understanding of IFRS, exploration and evaluation expenditures, mineral property accounting, equity financings, and the financial reporting requirements applicable to Canadian public companies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable operating in a dynamic explorationstage environment with evolving projects, financing activities, and stakeholder expectations.
