From hockey barns to lacrosse fields to baseball diamonds, our gear shows up wherever competition lives - and our service keeps teams coming back season after season. We blend sport, creativity, and community into everything we do, outfitting programs across North America, including collegiate teams, and expanding our footprint every year. Working closely with Marketing, Operations, Production, and Design, you’ll help ensure our e‑commerce presence is accurate, engaging, and ready for game time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own and execute the company’s e‑commerce sales strategy, identifying opportunities to grow online revenue, average order value, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Establish, track, and report on online sales targets and KPIs.
  • Oversee the performance of the online store and digital sales channels, ensuring accurate product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory visibility.
  • Maintain a smooth, reliable, and customer‑friendly online purchasing experience.
  • Monitor website traffic, conversion rates, sales trends, and customer behaviour to identify barriers and implement solutions that improve performance.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, insights, and recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key online customers and corporate accounts.
  • Manage inbound customer inquiries and sales opportunities from initial contact through completion.
  • Develop strategies to increase repeat business and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Design and Production to support sales initiatives and product launches.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Significant experience managing and growing e‑commerce sales, including achieving revenue targets and improving conversion rates.
  • Hands‑on experience with e‑commerce platforms for product management, promotions, and performance tracking.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting online sales data, conversion metrics, customer behaviour, and website performance.
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital sales tools to manage customer relationships and pipelines.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in an online sales environment.
  • Experience in sports apparel, promotional products, merchandise, or retail is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with multiple teams and priorities.
