Description
Join a busy Calgary team with the work already coming in
Most recruiters spend half their week trying to find work to fill. In this role the work is already there. My client is the recruitment arm of a global EPC, and their Calgary office is growing on the back of a major Canadian energy project that is moving into its next phase. They need another Recruiter to keep up with demand.
The role
You will be working on key accounts within the group and its wider client base, so your focus is on finding and placing good people for clients who trust the team and come back to them time after time. The roles cover engineering, construction and project work, and the volume is set to grow over the coming years as the project ramps up.

You will get a base salary plus commission, and with established accounts behind you, your earning potential is real from early on. The role is hybrid, working from the Calgary office for part of the week and from home for the rest. You will also be joining a team that is growing, which means room to take on more as you prove yourself.
What you will need
You will have recruitment experience in engineering, construction, energy or a similar technical market, and a track record of filling roles for large accounts. You will be comfortable running a busy pipeline and good at building relationships with hiring managers and candidates. You must be based in Calgary or within easy reach of the office.
