Partner with operational leaders, client representatives, and corporate HSE functions to integrate HSET requirements into daily operations and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Demonstrate visible safety leadership through regular field engagement, coaching, inspections, and support of operational activities.
Champion workforce engagement, accountability, and ownership of HSET outcomes to strengthen safety culture and operational excellence.
Oversee training, competency, emergency preparedness, and response programs to ensure personnel are equipped to work safely and effectively.
Promote a culture of care, accountability, and operational excellence by embedding routines and behaviours that reinforce ownership of HSET outcomes at all levels of the organization.

Experience leading incident investigations with a focus on identifying organizational and systemic factors, root causes, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Proven ability to partner with operational leaders, influence decision-making, and drive accountability for HSET outcomes across all levels of an organization.
Strong coaching and leadership skills, with demonstrated experience developing individuals and teams through mentorship, engagement, and capability-building initiatives.
Proficiency in leveraging HSET data, reporting systems, and technology to support data-driven decision-making, organizational learning, feedback loops, and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical actions.
Experience working collaboratively with clients, regulators, contractors, and corporate support functions to achieve shared objectives.
