About The Role
The Lead Product Manager will own Reporting capabilities and how MaintainX surfaces customer ROI.
The portfolio includes the in-app Reporting platform and emerging AI-powered features that help customers gain insight through natural-language interaction.
The role sits within the Core division and serves mid-market and enterprise customers.
What You Will Do
- Own Reporting capabilities end to end using data, user research, and competitive or market analysis.
- Expand reporting and analytics products from frontline managers to operations, finance, and EHS stakeholders.
- Own the product ROI narrative and partner with pre-sales and post-sales teams on customer metrics.
- Deliver major innovations and smaller improvements that support product adoption and up-market sales.
- Partner with sales to help close large deals and lead designers and engineers toward measurable outcomes.
About You
- Bring at least 8 years of product management experience and meaningful platform- or infrastructure-adjacent experience.
- Have built customer-facing analytics or reporting products and understand data modeling and pipeline decisions.
- Can navigate cross-team data dependencies while focusing on downstream customer outcomes.
- Have partnered with sales on SMB-to-Enterprise growth and translated complex products for senior buyers.
- Can expand a product audience, make scope trade-offs, rally teams around strategy and roadmaps, and connect work to KPIs.
- Build strong relationships across individual contributors, teams, and executives and apply proven solutions to new contexts.
Compensation
- The stated compensation range is CACAD 130K to CACAD 207K.
- Compensation may also include commission, an annual bonus, and equity depending on the role.
