About The Job
The Product Manager will join the Mobile team and connect engineering, design, and field technicians who rely on the app.
The role focuses on agile execution, day-to-day prioritization, customer feedback, and the technical fundamentals of mobile experiences.
What You'll Do
- Lead grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives for the mobile team.
- Write scoped tickets and make prioritization decisions that keep the backlog healthy and the team unblocked.
- Own mobile release notes and feature announcements.
- Meet customers and field technicians to turn feedback into product improvements.
- Identify engineering blockers and escalate them to maintain execution speed.
- Align fix versions and release scope with the broader roadmap.
- Partner with engineering leads to ship predictably.
- Develop expertise in mobile navigation, data loading, and offline synchronization.
- Help other product domains design features that work well on mobile.
What We Look For
- 2+ years of product management experience or equivalent engineering, QA, or technical program management experience with exposure to shipping software.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort with agile execution, including grooming, planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog maintenance.
- Clear written communication for tickets, release notes, and announcements.
- Ability to translate customer feedback into scoped, actionable tickets.
- Curiosity about mobile navigation, data loading, and offline or synchronization behavior.
- A bias toward action and iterative delivery.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with native or hybrid mobile apps from a product management, QA, or engineering role.
- Familiarity with field service, construction, or frontline offline-first mobile use cases.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and mobile release or CI tooling.
Compensation
- Toronto compensation is listed as CAD 100,000 to CAD 125,000 base plus an annual bonus opportunity.
- The description also lists compensation ranges for Raleigh and LA/SF locations.
