Original job description

About Bask Health

Bask is the best Telehealth platform on the market. Our mission is to empower entrepreneurs and businesses to launch a DTC telemedicine company quickly and easily, abstracting away the complexities of the industry into an easy-to-use platform.

With hundreds of features to meet the unique needs of Telehealth, we put all the tools in our customers' hands for success.

We are a rapidly growing startup, and we work with care and intention to create a high-performance company with the following in mind:

Speed Wins. Make decisions, move quickly, and know that if things go wrong, it's okay for you and the company.
Intuition, Then Data. We're a data-driven company. We start with our instincts and then use data to validate our decisions and improve.
Miles, Not Inches. Thinking small is a self-fulfilling prophecy. Favor bold ideas over incremental changes.
Customer-Obsession. We are obsessed with helping all our customers launch multi-billion-dollar companies with ease. We accomplish this by knowing our customers incredibly well and finding ways to make their businesses better.
Ownership & Accountability, Together. We embody a culture of extreme ownership, accountability, and teamwork. We count on every team member to take responsibility for their work, embrace a proactive mindset to overcome challenges, and work together to achieve our collective success.

About the Role

Customer Growth at Bask Health is AI-first, data-driven, and focused on helping our customers scale successful Telehealth businesses.

We're looking for an AI Customer Growth Manager who combines commercial experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and hands-on AI proficiency to identify new revenue opportunities and drive measurable account growth.

Unlike a traditional Customer Success role, this position focuses primarily on growing existing customer accounts through strategic expansion, upselling, cross-selling, and increased platform utilization.

You'll use AI tools, customer data, and market insights to uncover growth opportunities, develop targeted expansion strategies, and help customers maximize their business potential through Bask.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable owning growth targets, managing expansion opportunities, and turning data-driven insights into measurable business results.

What You'll DoCustomer Growth & Revenue Expansion

Own and execute growth strategies across an assigned portfolio of existing Bask customers.
Identify, develop, and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and account expansion opportunities.
Help customers expand their telehealth businesses by launching additional medications, introducing new product offerings, and maximizing their use of Bask's platform.
Develop strategic account growth plans based on customer goals, business performance, and expansion potential.
Build strong relationships with customer decision-makers and serve as a strategic partner in their business growth.
Conduct growth-focused customer meetings to uncover new opportunities and recommend relevant Bask products and services.
Take ownership of assigned expansion revenue targets and consistently work toward measurable growth outcomes.

AI-Powered Growth Strategy

Use AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to research customer businesses, analyze performance trends, and identify potential revenue opportunities.
Leverage AI-assisted analysis to identify underutilized platform features, customer segments with expansion potential, and opportunities for additional product adoption.
Develop AI-assisted workflows to improve account research, prospecting within existing accounts, outreach personalization, and growth reporting.
Use customer data and AI-generated insights to prioritize high-potential accounts and develop targeted growth recommendations.
Experiment with AI tools and automation to improve the speed, efficiency, and effectiveness of expansion initiatives.
Validate AI-generated insights against actual customer data before making business recommendations.

Pipeline Management & Performance

Build and maintain a pipeline of customer expansion opportunities.
Track upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities from initial identification through execution.
Monitor account growth metrics, revenue trends, product adoption, and expansion performance.
Maintain accurate pipeline records and provide regular forecasts of potential expansion revenue.
Measure the effectiveness of growth initiatives and refine strategies based on results.
Identify barriers to customer expansion and work cross-functionally to address them.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Client Success to identify customers who are ready for additional products, services, or platform capabilities.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other internal teams to support customer expansion initiatives.
Share customer insights, emerging opportunities, and market feedback to help inform future growth strategies.
Develop and document repeatable growth playbooks, AI workflows, and successful expansion strategies.
Work Weekends.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of experience in Customer Growth, Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS sales, with demonstrated responsibility for account expansion or revenue growth.
Experience in e-commerce, ideally supporting DTC brands, online merchants, or e-commerce technology platforms.
Proven experience driving upsells, cross-sells, account expansion, or measurable revenue growth within an existing customer portfolio.
Experience managing large or enterprise-sized customer accounts.
Demonstrated ability to own revenue goals, identify commercial opportunities, and execute growth strategies.
Experience managing an expansion pipeline, tracking opportunities, and forecasting potential revenue.
Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLMs to support research, analysis, outreach, or business strategy.
Experience creating or implementing AI-assisted workflows and automations that improve efficiency or business results.
Ability to provide specific examples of how AI has helped identify opportunities, improve processes, or drive measurable growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer data into actionable growth strategies.
Experience working with CRM systems, account performance data, and revenue reporting.
Strong commercial judgment and the ability to confidently discuss business opportunities with customer stakeholders.
An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A creative problem solver who is proactive, independent, and comfortable navigating unfamiliar challenges.
Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts, expansion opportunities, and competing priorities.
Comfortable collaborating across teams and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

How We Work With AI

At Bask Health, AI is a core part of how we research opportunities, develop strategies, and drive customer growth.

We expect our Customer Growth team to:

Use AI to research customer businesses and identify opportunities for account expansion.
Combine AI-generated insights with customer data and commercial judgment to develop growth recommendations.
Build AI-assisted workflows that streamline account research, opportunity identification, and reporting.
Use AI to improve outreach personalization and the effectiveness of customer growth initiatives.
Continuously experiment with new tools and approaches to improve revenue outcomes.
Measure the impact of AI-assisted strategies and refine them based on actual results.
Follow company privacy and security requirements when handling customer or patient information.
Document and share successful AI workflows and growth strategies.

The ideal candidate doesn't need to be an AI engineer, but should have a proven ability to use AI as a practical tool for identifying opportunities, improving efficiency, and driving measurable business growth.

How Success Will Be Measured

Performance in this role may be evaluated through:

Expansion Revenue: Revenue generated through upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion.
Revenue Target Attainment: Progress toward assigned monthly or quarterly growth targets.
Expansion Pipeline: Number, value, and quality of identified growth opportunities.
Conversion Rate: Percentage of qualified expansion opportunities successfully converted into additional business.
Account Growth: Increased revenue and product utilization across existing customer accounts.
Forecast Accuracy: Ability to maintain reliable revenue projections and opportunity tracking.
AI-Driven Efficiency: Demonstrated improvements in growth workflows, account analysis, and outreach through AI and automation.

Specific targets and performance expectations will be established by Bask Health.
