We are currently looking for a Part-Time Sales Associate to join the team at our Kingston store.

- Deepen your product knowledge and share it with customers

- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Demonstrates autonomy, initiative, and a positive attitude
- Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset
- Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH, DPT, etc.)
- Understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team
- Adhere to and promote health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Highlight and optimize in-store promotions
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts

Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting client relationships, and sharing product knowledge. Support daily store operations, including opening and closing, promotions, visual merchandising, and adherence to company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
Applicants need at least six months of retail sales experience and a high school diploma or must be working toward one. They must be available for day, evening, and weekend shifts, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and demonstrate initiative, autonomy, a positive attitude, sound judgment, and a solution-oriented mindset.
