- Minimum 6 months of retail sales experience
- Available to work days, evenings, and weekends
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs

- Strong judgment and a solution-oriented mindset
- Holds a high school diploma or is currently working toward one
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a memorable shopping experience
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Be driven by sales objectives and performance indicators (SPH)
- Understand and apply company policies and procedures
- Engage in ongoing learning and share knowledge with the team
- Adhere to and promote health and safety standards
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Highlight and optimize in-store promotions
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts

Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service while building lasting client relationships and sharing product knowledge. Support daily store operations, including promotions, visual merchandising, opening and closing procedures, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Requirements
Applicants need at least six months of retail sales experience and must be available to work days, evenings, and weekends. They must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, demonstrate initiative and a positive, solution-oriented attitude, and hold or be working toward a high school diploma.
