Do you want to contribute to the growth of a local company? Are you looking to join a great team where you can contribute to the company's success? If so, we’re interested in your expertise ! Our production team is currently seeking a Production Operator for a temporary position 3 to 6 months.

📍 Saint-Eustache

💰 $28.21/hour (evening shift premium included)

🕒 Monday to Friday evening shift, guaranteed stable schedule of 40 hours per week, from 14:55 pm. to 23:25 pm.

✅ On-site free gym, on-site bistro and full uniform provided on day one !

What does the role involve?

As a Production Operator at Bath Fitter, you will transform raw materials into an adhesive designed for product installation.

What is the ideal profile for this position?

Experience working in a factory, warehouse, or similar environment.
Ability to perform physical work, including standing for long periods.
Ability to work in a hot environment.
Adherence to health and safety standards.
Must be able to wear a respirator and/or other personal protective equipment (PPE), as required.

As a Production Operator, what will your responsibilities be?

Prepare recipes and operate a mixer.
Operate both automated and manual lines.
Perform packaging tasks for various products.
Ensure product quality by conducting quality tests.
Use a scanner as part of daily operations.
Operate a forklift and electric pallet jack.
Adhere to the company's health and safety standards.
