Our client, an established company headquartered in Brampton, is hiring an AI Enablement Specialist to help the business put AI to work. This is a new, hands-on role reporting to the VP of IT.
You will find where AI and automation can make the biggest difference across the business, build the tools yourself, and work side by side with the people who use them every day. If you love AI, like to build, and want to see your work used across a real business, this role is for you.
What you will do:
- Work with teams across the business to find where AI and automation can save time and improve how work gets done
- Build and roll out practical AI tools, assistants and automated workflows
- Help people get real value from AI through hands-on support, training and simple guides
- Test new AI tools and recommend what is worth adopting
- Track the results: time saved, adoption and impact
Must haves:
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience building AI or automation solutions inside a business
- Practical experience with generative AI tools and building workflows or automations around them
- The ability to explain technical ideas in plain language to non-technical people
- A real passion for AI and how it can change the way people work
- Comfort working on site in Brampton at least 3 days a week
Nice to haves:
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform or Power Automate
- Python or experience working with LLM APIs
- Experience in a manufacturing, industrial or operations environment
- A degree or diploma in computer science, engineering, business technology or a related field
This is an individual contributor role. It suits someone early in their career who wants ownership and room to grow.
