Job Overview:
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with hands-on experience building, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models in production environments. Retail or e-commerce experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including training, deployment, and monitoring.
- Build scalable ML pipelines and recommendation, ranking, and forecasting models.
- Apply deep learning and MLOps techniques to optimize production systems.
- Conduct model evaluation and A/B testing to measure business impact.
Required Skills:
- Strong Python and machine learning experience.
- Experience with production ML systems, feature engineering, and MLOps.
- Familiarity with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks.
- Retail/e-commerce experience in personalization or recommendation systems is a plus.
