JOB SUMMARY
The Clinical Engagement Manager responsibilities will include:
1. Identify patient, Health Care Providers (HCP) and pharmacy needs and deliver solutions in collaboration with cross functional colleagues.
2. Interact with key HCPs to provide awareness and understanding of Bayshore SpecialtyRx
3. Ensure the highest standards of quality and conduct all activities in an ethical and compliant manner.
4. Increase referrals to Bayshore Pharmacy
5. Consistently grow customer base of HCPs
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Rapidly respond to external/internal customer needs and look for opportunities to continuously improve services.
• Maintain customer support / trust & value while navigating the changing landscape by providing adapted offerings.
• Deliver impactful presentations to HCPs, KOLs and internal stakeholders as needed
• Complete all reimbursement activities for assigned physicians
• Complete all case management activities for assigned physicians
• Complete any activities that are required to successfully enroll patients in Patient Support Programs
• Reduce administrative burden on assigned HCPs
• Secure coverage and financial assistance for patients
• Liaise with patient support programs to ensure all services are billable
• Any free time will be spent supporting Patient Support Solutions with nursing and/or case management activities
• Perform other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
• University degree in business, health or life sciences or equivalent experience
• Graduate of a Registered Nursing Program or Registered Practical Nursing Program, holding current registration with a provincial licensing body in Canada.
• Minimum of 10 experience in multiple cross-functional areas in the Healthcare Industry, including 5 years proven track record with Patient Support Programs
• Knowledge of the healthcare landscape including private and public payers.
• Experience in dealing with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals.
• Must be self-directed and team oriented.
• Ability to travel overnight on occasion.
• Strong ability to manage change and ambiguity and work in a rapid and evolving environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong focus on customers and improved patient outcomes.
• Strong negotiation skills and solution mindset with goal of identifying mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Strong leadership & communication skills (verbal & written).
• High level organizational skills, strong sense of priority setting and focus on executional excellence and implementation.
• Excellent collaborative skills and ability to work effectively and efficiently across the organization to deliver on organizational priorities.
• Compliance driven; understanding of applicable industry codes and laws, regulations.
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must have high speed internet access
