The Manager, Impact (Bayshore Foundation & Sustainability), reporting to the Director, Impact (Bayshore Foundation & Sustainability), will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Bayshore Foundation, including communications, stakeholder engagement, fundraising campaign planning and execution, monitoring, reporting, and administrative activities, with the goal of driving participation, engagement, and brand recognition. The Manager will also play a key role in supporting the implementation of Bayshore HealthCare initiatives that align with the organization’s community and environmental impact objectives, improve environmental performance, and advance a culture of sustainability across the organization.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Bayshore Foundation Operations: maintain records, processes, and documentation to support efficient operations and administration of Foundation activities and provide support to the Foundation Board such as preparing presentations and meeting minutes.
• Fundraising & Giving Initiatives: plan and execute fundraising campaigns and giving initiatives that advance the fundraising objectives of the Bayshore Foundation.
• Community & Environmental Impact Initiatives: support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of community and environmental impact initiatives aligned with Bayshore’s strategic priorities and business needs.
• Employee Engagement: support the development and delivery of employee engagement activities that strengthen employee awareness of, connection to, and participation in the Bayshore Foundation and Bayshore’s impact initiatives.
• Stakeholder Relations: build and maintain positive relationships with donors, charity partners, community organizations, industry groups, consultants, and internal stakeholders to support collaboration, strengthen partnerships, and enhance the visibility of the Bayshore Foundation and Bayshore’s impact initiatives.
• Communications & Storytelling: partner with National Communications and Marketing teams to develop content, communication materials, presentations, and impact stories that engage stakeholders and demonstrate the value and results of the Bayshore Foundation and Bayshore’s community and environmental impact initiatives.
• Impact Measurement & Reporting: partner with IT and other internal stakeholders to collect, monitor, and analyze Foundation, community impact, and environmental sustainability performance data to measure and report progress against established goals and key performance indicators. Support the preparation of internal and external reports, disclosures, assessments, and submissions related to Bayshore’s community and environmental impact objectives.
• Project Coordination & Implementation: support Foundation, community impact, and environmental sustainability projects from planning through execution, coordinating timelines, budgets, and deliverables for successful implementation.
• Governance & Compliance: maintain awareness of applicable CRA and Canada Not-for-profit Corporations Act requirements affecting the Bayshore Foundation and collaborate with legal and finance stakeholders to support compliance with regulatory obligations, governance requirements, and annual filing deadlines.

• Experience leading fundraising, charitable giving, donor stewardship, community investment, and/or community impact initiatives.
• Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional activities involving multiple stakeholders.
• Experience collecting, managing, and analyzing data to support impact measurement, reporting, and performance monitoring.
• Experience developing communications materials, presentations, reports, and stakeholder engagement content.
• Familiarity with the Canadian charitable and nonprofit regulatory environment, governance practices, and sector trends.
• Familiarity with sustainability, environmental stewardship, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental, social, and governance (ESG), and/or related frameworks and practices.

EDUCATION
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Sustainability, Environmental Studies, Social Sciences, or a related field.
