An Overview Of Your Future Role At BBA
- Assist project managers with supervision and control and assess project progress and performance using reliable performance indicators
- Produce project control deliverables, and supervise all activities related to the schedule, the budget and costs, the scope of work, change orders, risks, trends, resource planning, variances, billing, etc
- Produce or ensure that project execution plans and procedures are developed and updated
- Produce or supervise the development of required analyses and reports and present them regularly
- Stay in regular contact with project managers, project teams and clients
- Results-driven
- Thirst to learn and excel

- Desire to be in the thick of the action
- Ability to see beyond established standards
- Rigour and ethical
- College diploma or university degree
- From 7 to 15 years of relevant experience in project control
- Any combination of college or university and relevant experience
- Worked on all phases of a project lifecycle
- Able to analyze problems and have advanced knowledge of Excel
- Practical knowledge of Primavera P6
- Practical knowledge of project control software
- Bilingual (English and French – spoken and written)
- Good writing abilities in both English and French
- Asset: practical knowledge of the modules in the Prism G2 Suite
- Asset: carried out these functions as part of projects in the mining, energy or heavy industry sectors
- Asset: carried out these functions as part of international projects

Responsibilities
Support project managers in monitoring project progress and performance using reliable indicators, and produce project control deliverables covering schedules, budgets, costs, scope, changes, risks, resources, variances, and billing. Develop or oversee project execution plans, analyses, and reports, and maintain regular communication with project managers, project teams, and clients.
Requirements
Requires a college diploma or university degree, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience, with 7 to 15 years of project control experience across all phases of a project lifecycle. Candidates should have advanced Excel skills, practical knowledge of Primavera P6 and project control software, strong written and spoken English and French, and analytical, collaborative, rigorous, and ethical qualities.
