- Support in advising C-suite and senior executives on digital strategy, innovation roadmaps, and transformation at scale
- Deliver end-to-end transformation programs spanning operations, technology, and business models
- Analyze high-value use cases across areas such as digital operations, automation, AI, and data platforms
- Translate industry challenges into practical, implementable solutions with measurable outcomes
- Contribute on client and internal teams, shaping next-generation digital capabilities and leadership
- Build working relationships across technical and operational stakeholders
- Contribute to thought leadership and market development in mining and industrial sectors
- Support project delivery primarily including some business development
What You Bring
- Experience in mining, energy, or industrial sectors, including significant exposure to digital transformation
- Experience delivering large-scale, complex transformation programs with tangible business impact
- Understanding of operations (e.g., mining and/or other industrial sectors, processing, asset management) and enabling technologies (data, AI, automation, OT/IT integration, telecommunications, networks)
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at board and C-suite levels
- A pragmatic, value-driven mindset - focused on outcomes, not technology for its own sake
- Experience in consulting, advisory, or senior industry leadership roles

Summary Of Certification And Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA, advanced degree, professional designation, and relevant certifications would be considered an asset
- 8 to 12+ years of relevant experience, including management and individual contributor roles in consulting, digital transformation, technology strategy, innovation, human-centered design, and/or operational improvement within asset-intensive industries
- Demonstrated experience in mining, industrial operations, or asset-intensive environments
- Strong knowledge of and experience with digital technologies such as data platforms, AI, automation, industrial systems, OT/IT integration, and connected operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior executives and multidisciplinary teams and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business value
An Overview Of BBA’s Total Rewards
- Annual base salary from $90,000 to $145,000
- Annual premium program for regular employees
