We are currently hiring an Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing based in our Head Office in Burnaby.

We are looking for an Associate Marketing Manager, Consumer Marketing to help drive growth, retention, and member engagement across our consumer lines of business. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives for insurance products designed to achieve revenue, profitability, membership, and customer growth objectives.

Working closely with cross-functional partners across the organization, you will help bring marketing strategies to life, optimize performance, and deliver exceptional value to our Members and customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making.

What you’ll do:

Support the development and execution of marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns aligned with business objectives.

Contribute to the achievement of revenue, growth, profitability, acquisition, and retention targets.

Act as a business owner for assigned initiatives, taking ideas from concept through implementation and optimization.

Develop and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to execute integrated marketing programs.

Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Digital, Product, Analytics, Operations, and Customer Experience to deliver business results.

Leverage market insights, customer data, and performance metrics to support fact-based decision making and investment planning.

Monitor campaign and program performance and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and return on investment.

Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities.

Support the development of innovative marketing approaches that enhance customer engagement and business performance.

Foster strong partnerships across the organization through collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing.

Contribute positively to team culture by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and championing continuous improvement.

What you bring:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, Information Management, or a related discipline.

2-4 years of progressive experience in marketing, product marketing, business management, or a related field.

Experience supporting business growth, customer acquisition, retention, or revenue-generating initiatives.

Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and external partners.

Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate insights into action.

Financial acumen, including exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and data analysis tools.

Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

The salary range for this position is $70,908.36 to $88,635.36 and is determined via job-related knowledge, skills, experience, certifications, market demand and internal equity. In addition to base salary and BCAA benefits, this position is eligible for a performance bonus target of 9%, with the opportunity to earn up to 15%.
