Job Title: Senior IT Transition Program Manager / Project Manager – Onboarding Transition

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead large-scale IT transitions, vendor onboarding/offboarding, complex migrations, and technology transformation programs with annual budgets of $20M+.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT onboarding and transition programs between incoming and outgoing service providers.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute complex IT transition and migration projects.
- Manage application, data, infrastructure, and cloud migrations.
- Oversee IT integration, carve-outs, technology transformation, and system decommissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional IT teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Manage dependencies across systems, processes, teams, and service providers.
- Ensure business continuity and minimize operational disruptions during transitions.
- Monitor contractual obligations, vendor deliverables, and compliance requirements.
- Manage large-scale IT programs with annual budgets of $20M+.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve transition-related issues.
- Collaborate with architecture, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and data management teams.
- Manage project schedules, milestones, resources, budgets, and stakeholder reporting.
- Support Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Ensure successful knowledge transfer, service handover, and operational readiness.
Preferred Qualifications: PMP/SAFe certification, IT operations management, and financial services or highly regulated industry experience
