At BDC, we value inclusion, equity, and diversity, and you can be yourself at work.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

Lead the KYC process from end to end, ensuring the timely collection, review, analysis, and validation of required KYC documentation.
Review customer files to understand the overall financing request and identify missing information or documentation.
Analyze KYC information and documentation to identify potential non-compliance issues, risks, or concerns.
Escalate KYC-related findings and concerns to the Business Development Lead (BDL) as required.
Follow up directly with clients to obtain required information and documentation.
Manage multiple KYC files simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Collaborate closely with the Business Development Lead, Underwriter, and internal partners to ensure all KYC requirements are met.
Submit complete and error-free KYC documentation in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
Provide timely, accurate, and professional service to existing and prospective clients.
Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Stay up to date on changes to KYC policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and industry trends that may impact BDC.
Support BDC's commitment to delivering a high-quality experience to Canadian entrepreneurs.
