POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an IT Operations and Performance Coordinator to support the Information Technology team in managing consultant renewal requests, purchases, and procurement within the company. He or she will need to understand the IT teamsâ needs in order to provide sound advice in accordance with the Procurement Teamâs guidelines. In addition, he or she will be responsible for effectively managing supplier relationships and procurement costs. The ideal candidate stands out for their attention to detail, independence, and ability to manage multiple priorities. With strong analytical and interpersonal skills, they can anticipate needs, solve problems, and make relevant recommendations. Their organizational skills, sound judgment, and comfort with technology enable them to provide high-quality support while ensuring rigorous follow-up on cases.
CHALLENGES TO BE MET
- Plan and coordinate consultant contract renewals, monitor contract deadlines, and manage activities related to contract terminations.
- Manage requests for exceptions and waivers related to consultants, gather the necessary justifications and approvals, and ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- Prepare and process purchase orders in ServiceNow, validate the required information, obtain the necessary approvals, and follow up until they are sent to suppliers.
- Prepare, or assist in preparing, the documentation required for procurement processes, ensuring that operational requirements, service descriptions and levels, as well as security and confidentiality requirements, are clearly defined.
- Serve as a Procurement resource by mastering the requirements of the Procurement Policy and related processes in order to provide appropriate guidance to IT teams.
- Advise IT teams on the procurement strategy best suited to their needs, taking into account the operational context, risks, costs, and opportunities for optimization.
- Anticipate information needs, conduct the necessary research and analysis, and then formulate relevant recommendations based on a solid understanding of IT objectives and proficiency with technological and analytical tools.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- College or university degree in a business-related field.
- Knowledge of IT contracts, professional services, and procurement practices, as well as a good understanding of the challenges and operations of IT teams.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND COMPETENCIES
- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and anticipate deadlines.
- Diligence, independence, sound judgment, and a strong attention to detail.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
