POSITION OVERVIEW

As Team Lead, Client Support, you will lead a team of Client Support Coordinators (CSCs) who play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting business development initiatives. Based in British Columbia, you will have full autonomy and accountability for leading region wide client support operations, setting priorities, making sound operational decisions, and ensuring alignment with regional and national objectives. You will bring strategic judgement and a highly collaborative leadership approach to foster a culture of growth, accountability, and operational excellence.

CHALLENGES TO BE MET

Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, onboard, and coach CSCs to achieve high performance and career growth.

Monitor and manage team performance to ensure accountability, engagement, and achievement of business objectives

Provide regular feedback, mentorship, and recognition to build engagement and capability.

Inspire and align your team with clear goals and shared purpose.

Create an inclusive environment, coach for development, and celebrate achievements.

Remove obstacles, prioritize effectively, and leverage resources to deliver results.

Monitor and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and client satisfaction.

Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Regional Director and Business Centre Managers to develop and implement operational objectives.

Support change management initiatives and maintain strong cross functional relationships.

Oversee coordination of regional and area events

Oversee and manage area premises maintenance and facilities related activities

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Qualifications

College diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent).

5+ years of experience in client support, client-facing roles, or team leadership.

Strong collaboration and influencing skills across multiple stakeholders.

Proficiency in CLICS and other BDC applications; advanced MS Office and web skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.

Previous experience in leading and managing remote teams considered an asset
