We're looking for a Construction Project Manager to manage retail and restaurant projects up to $10M. If you're organized, client-focused, and ready to own project delivery from planning to completion -- we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Lead retail and restaurant commercial projects from planning to execution
- Oversee subcontractors and maintain financial and schedule controls
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver high-quality results
- Develop and implement project plans -- scope, schedule, and budget
- Work with Procore for project management and financial tracking
- Conduct regular meetings with clients and subcontractors to ensure alignment
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- 5+ years of project management experience in restaurant and retail construction
- Proficiency with Procore and construction management systems
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven ability to handle high-value projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure
- In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards
- Ability to negotiate and manage contract terms with clients and subcontractors
- PMP certification (or equivalent)
- Experience with retail and/or restaurant projects
- $90,000 - $110,000/year

Responsibilities
Lead retail and restaurant construction projects from planning through completion, managing project scope, budgets, schedules, teams, and subcontractors. Use Procore to track projects and finances, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, and identify and mitigate project risks.
Requirements
Requires at least five years of project management experience in restaurant and retail construction, proficiency with Procore or similar construction management systems, and the ability to manage high-value projects and tight deadlines. Candidates should bring strong leadership, communication, decision-making, safety, and contract management skills; PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
