Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Bilingual Oracle DBA/GoldenGate to support business-as-usual database operations, application changes, deployments, troubleshooting, and environment maintenance. This contract offers the opportunity to collaborate with an established team of database administrators while contributing to reliable and well-managed Oracle environments.

Pay rate range(CAD): $70.26/hr – $84.31/hr

Responsibilities

Support Oracle database administration and day-to-day operational activities.
Implement and support application changes and deployments.
Troubleshoot database and environment-related issues.
Maintain Oracle environments to support stability, availability, and performance.
Work collaboratively with a team of database administrators.
Provide occasional evening and weekend support as required.

Desired Skill-Set

At least five years of relevant database administration experience.
Experience with Oracle Cloud.
Experience with GoldenGate.
Experience supporting application deployments.
Strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience maintaining database environments.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

Bilingual communication skills.
SQL Server experience.
