Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Business Systems Analyst/Digital Transformation/RPA. This position involves spearheading complex business analysis projects within a collaborative and innovative environment, contributing to critical initiatives that shape the future of digital banking and payments. You will work closely with internal teams, translating business needs into scalable, sustainable technology solutions while supporting ongoing project delivery.

Pay rate range (CAD): $57.97/hr – $69.57/hr

Responsibilities

  • Elicit, analyze, document, and lead the delivery of detailed functional and non-functional requirements in line with standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive analysis of current business processes, identify areas for improvement, and design future-state workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into system specifications, collaborating with technology teams to develop and test solutions.
  • Support testing efforts, ensuring outcomes meet requirements and facilitate seamless deployment.
  • Act as a liaison between business leadership and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
  • Support vendor and consultant deliverables, maintaining standards and business needs.
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and expertise in relevant business domains, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Assist in process automation initiatives and ensure integration with enterprise architecture.
  • Maintain thorough documentation including business requirements, use cases, and technical specifications that are current and accessible.
  • Participate in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure deliverables are met on time and with high quality.

Desired Skill-Set

  • 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or related roles within a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology, policies, procedures, and market trends.
  • Proficiency with analytical software tools, MS Office, process modeling, data analysis, and Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence).
  • Expertise in SDLC, business system integration, process automation (UiPath), and API development.
  • Experience working within banking or financial institutions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and quantitative analysis skills.
  • Proven collaboration and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt and respond effectively to changing priorities and emerging technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Working knowledge of SQL, data analytics, and business intelligence tools.
  • CBAP, PMP, or Six Sigma certification.
  • Experience with GitHub and Copilot.
