Working with one of our top financial clients, this role calls for a Payments Processing Analyst. The successful candidate will support high-volume financial transaction processing, manage data entry and shared inbox requests, and ensure compliance with service level agreements within a fast-paced banking environment.
Pay rate range: $17.60/hr - $24.88/hr
Responsibilities
- Process high volumes of financial transactions, including bank wires, accurately and on time
- Manage shared inbox requests and perform precise data entry
- Support money movement operations for Corporate, Commercial, and Small Business Banking clients
- Respond to internal and external partner requests in a timely manner
- Escalate processing or operational issues when necessary
- Refer complex or high-risk transactions to management and connect with appropriate teams for resolution
- Adhere to established SLAs and quality standards
- Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations, internal policies, and enterprise frameworks
- Read and interpret documents from government agencies and partners, ensuring accurate data entry and timely response
Desired Skill-Set
- 2-4 years of banking or financial institute experience
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new software applications
- Proven experience managing SLAs and meeting deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills
- Accountability and responsibility in daily tasks
Nice to Have
- Bank wire processing experience
- Knowledge of global cash products such as loans, deposits, swaps, and forwards
- Experience with trade processing roles
- Familiarity with platforms like Global and WSS
