Taking inbound sales calls, capturing cx info, scheduling installs.
You will be the “face” of the brand, representing Beanfield positively to the public and generating brand awareness.
Be liaison between lobby events and management.
Be our eyes in the field and bring feedback from customers/end users and assist with competitive analysis.
Other sales and marketing activities as assigned.

Very strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong active listening skills and genuine curiosity to uncover customer needs, evaluation processes, and offering tailored solutions.
Committed team player, dedicated to achieving both group and individual targets.
Ability to travel within Toronto and surrounding areas

What’s in it for you

Uncapped earning potential: your results directly impact your income
On target earnings of $75K with top performers earning over six-figures
A united, values-driven culture that genuinely cares about people, collaboration, and community.
Competitive commission structure, in addition to your hourly rate.
