Exterminauts is a co-op third-person PvE shooter using weaponized power tools and mad-science gadgets to exterminate alien pests. Take on MegaCorp contracts amid energy supremacy clashes, while aliens' thirst for Polymorphic Plasma disrupts plans. Punch In. Clean Up. Get Paid.

As an Associate Producer on Exterminauts, you will be part of an innovative, multidisciplinary team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that the product strategy is clearly communicated to the teams, so that production and alignment meet expectations. In addition, you will actively support team well-being by collaborating closely with leads and leadership.

\nIn this role you will:

In collaboration with the Producer and Directors, lead the teams in developing the game while respecting the framework, deadlines, and budget defined by the business objectives.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the teams while maintaining close communication with the game management team to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met.
Work closely with the Producer to identify sprints and the quarterly goals of the game.
Perform risk analyzes on a regular basis and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful development.
Ensure ongoing alignment between the product vision, the expected quality, priorities, and the teams’ actual capacity to enable predictable and sustainable delivery.
Guide and manage a team to help them achieve their goals.

What we’re looking for:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in the video game industry, including at least 5 years in game production roles, working with multidisciplinary teams.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in team management in the video game industry.
Have already made the development of a game from pre-production to its launch as an Associate Producer.
Have shipped at least one game or have experience working on a live game.
Data-driven and proficient in evaluating the team’s Workload vs. Capacity.
Strong organizational, analytical skills and adapt quickly to change.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Have worked on a live game.

Dans ce rôle vous devrez :

En collaboration avec le producteur·trices et les directeurs·trices, diriger les équipes de développement du jeu en respectant le cadre, les délais et le budget définis par les objectifs commerciaux;
Gérer les opérations quotidiennes des équipes tout en maintenant une communication étroite avec l’équipe de gestion de jeu afin de s’assurer que les jalons et les délais soient respectés;
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le producteu·trice senior·e pour identifier les sprints et les objectifs trimestriels du jeu;
Effectuer régulièrement des analyses de risque et élaborer des plans d’atténuation afin d’assurer la réussite du développement;
Assurer un alignement continu entre la vision produit, la qualité attendue, les priorités et la capacité réelle des équipes afin de garantir une livraison prévisible et durable;
Guider et gérer une équipe afin qu’ils puissent atteindre leurs objectifs.

Ce que nous recherchons :

Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience dans l’industrie du jeux vidéo, dont un minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle en gestion de production de jeu video et avec des équipes multidisciplinaires;
Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience pertinente en gestion d’équipes dans l'industrie du jeu vidéo;
Avoir déjà mené le développement d’un jeu de la préproduction jusqu’à son lancement en tant que producteur·trice associé·e;
Avoir livré au minimum 1 jeu ou avoir travaillé sur un jeu Live;
Orienté données et efficace dans l’évaluation de la charge de travail vs capacité de l’équipe;
Solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques, avec une grande capacité d’adaptation au changement;
Excellente communication écrite et orale.

En tant que Producteur·trice associé·e sur Exterminauts, tu feras partie d’une équipe multidisciplinaire innovante.
