If you are looking for a fast-paced, highly operational role within a live game environment, where you'll need to move quickly and stay close to the details, this role is perfect for you.

In this role you will :

  • Identify, evaluate, and select vendors and manufacturers who can meet creative requirements and quality standards.
  • Negotiate pricing, production timelines, minimum order quantities, and terms with suppliers.
  • Draft vendor agreements and issue purchase orders to formalize production terms and kick off manufacturing.
  • Track production timelines closely and coordinate with the creative team to ensure products are ready for launch dates.
  • Conduct quality control checks on samples and final production runs to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and creative direction.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics, including customs/import requirements and distribution to warehouses, so products are ready for the e-store to operate.

  • Strong negotiation and influence skills, with the ability to align varied viewpoints and reach consensus with vendors while protecting key priorities.
