In this role you will :

Develop and maintain core game systems that support gameplay, world simulation, and engine functionality.
Collaborate closely with design, art, and programming teams to deliver robust and scalable features.
Improve and optimize game performance across CPU, GPU, memory, and I/O systems.
Architect and implement solutions that support large-scale procedurally generated worlds.
Profile, debug, and resolve complex technical challenges across PC and console platforms.
Contribute to technical direction, best practices, and knowledge sharing within the programming team.

What we're looking for :

8+ years of professional game development experience as a systems, generalist, or game programmer.
4+ years of professional experience with C# and experience with additional programming languages such as C++, Python, etc.
Experience shipping and supporting games on modern platforms, including PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch.
Expert in one or more domains such as gameplay systems, AI, graphics, networking, online services, and math/physics.
Expert-level understanding of Unity's architecture, including Animation, Rendering, Asset Bundling, and Networking systems.
Advanced proficiency with performance optimization and profiling tools such as Unity Profiler, PIX, RenderDoc, VTune, and Superluminal.
